测试操作
  1. 配置电脑有线网卡IP为 192.168.137.99

  1. 将TF卡安装到SD接口,开发会输出如下信息:

音频播放测试

测试说明:播放音频文件验证评估板的音频播放功能
测试操作
  1. 把耳机接入丝印对应的接口

  2. 输入指令如下进行测试:

查看rockchipes8388声卡及编号
aplay -l
指定播放设备,hw:卡号,设备号
aplay -D hw:0,0 test_app/music_test.wav
会输出如下信息

录音测试

接口丝印:JP1
测试说明:录制并播放录音文件进行测试
测试操作
  1. 把带MIC的耳机插入丝印对应的接口

  2. 输入如下指令进行10秒的录音:

arecord -d 10 -f cd -r 44100 -c 2 -t wav record.wav
  1. 把耳机或者喇叭接入丝印J16对应的接口播放录制的音频文件,输入如下指令:

aplay -D hw:0,0 record.wav
耳机或者喇叭有录制声音输出表示录音测试通过

Wifi测试

接口丝印:U13
测试说明:WIFI连接到AP后,开发板向外网发送ICMP报文来验证连接正常
测试操作
  1. 把WIFI天线连接到”U12”接口上

  2. 生成 SSID 的 WPA PSK 文件

wpa_passphrase命令格式:wpa_passphrase + wifi名称 + wifi密码 > /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf
输入指令如下:
wpa_passphrase MY-WIFI My202412 > /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf
  1. 连接,输入指令如下:

wpa_supplicant -B -i wlan0 -c /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf
输出信息:

  1. 开发板断电,接上M.2接口硬盘后启动开发板

  2. 创建挂载点并挂载硬盘,输入指令如下:

mkdir -p /mnt/nvme
mount /dev/nvme0n1p1 /mnt/nvme
  1. 查看挂载情况,输入指令如下:

df -h
挂载成功可获取类似输出”/dev/nvme0n1p1 499M 10M 490M 2% /nvme”
  1. 卸载硬盘,输入指令如下:

umount /mt/nvme

can测试

测试说明:与另一块带can口的开发板(笔者用的是MYZR-T536)互联进行收发测试
测试操作
  1. 连接两块板的can口后通电(H接H,L接L)

  2. 配置can,两块板的输入指令如下:

MYZR-RK3576:

MYZR-T536:

  1. MYZR-3576发送数据,输入指令如下:

  1. 更改MYZR-3576的can配置,MYZR-T536发送数据,输入指令如下:

MYZR-3576可以收到”can0 1F334455 [8] 11 22 33 44 55 66 77 88”,按下”Ctrl + C”退出接收

485测试

接口丝印:J20
测试说明:通过485-USB转换头与电脑互联进行收发测试
测试操作
  1. 使用485-USB转换头连接开发板和电脑,板子边缘三角形标志为1脚B,对应转接头B,2脚A对应A

  2. 使用Xshell打开对应串口,将波特兰设置成115200,数据为8位,停止位1位

  3. 输入如下命令

/test_app/serial_test.out /dev/ttyS5 123456789
可以看到485串口终端输出123456789,然后进入接收模式
  1. 在485串口终端,直接输入123(不显示),板子输出结果:

rtc测试

接口丝印:BT1
测试说明:读取并设置时间,断电重启后检查时间是否正确
测试操作
  1. 断电,检查纽扣电池是否安装,用万用表检查RTC电池有没有电,测出来是3.3v左右才是正常的

  2. 设备通电,查看当前系统时钟,输入指令如下:

  1. 查看rtc时钟,输入指令:

  1. 设置系统时间

与系统时间差不多,表示成功写入rtc。

将 h264 转为 yuv,在当前目录下生成test.yuv
  1. 编码视频,在串口终端输入如下指令:

mpi_enc_test -i /test.yuv -t 7 -n 250 -o /test.h264 -w 640 -h 480 -fps 25
将 yuv 转为 h264,在当前目录下生成test.h264。

HDMI_TX测试

测试说明:
测试操作:
将HDMI接口的屏幕和开发板上对应丝印接口连接,便会出现系统的画面。

摄像头测试

接口丝印:J6、J7、J8
测试说明:
测试操作:
  1. 关掉开发板电源,摄像头朝向缺口处安装,启动东开发板。

  2. 输入如下命令,开启摄像头:

gst-launch-1.0 v4l2src device=/dev/video11 ! \
'video/x-raw, format=NV12, width=800, height=1280, framerate=30/1' ! \
queue ! videoconvert ! queue ! autovideosink sync=false
可以看到摄像头采集的画面。

MIPI_DSI测试

接口丝印:J9
测试说明:
测试操作:
  1. 关掉开发板电源,接上mipi屏幕,启动东开发板。

  2. 可以看到启动log和系统界面。

GPU测试

测试说明:
在HDMI界面,打开图标3D字样的程序,打开后cpu温度偏高。
测试完成后会显示如下信息:
